這臺變壓器在 溫升試驗、沖擊、耐壓試驗及多項性能檢測中全部達標，已滿足出廠條件，現(xiàn)已充氮保護并正式裝車，啟程前往項目交付現(xiàn)場。

由于變壓器體積龐大、整機重量超過200噸，充氮運輸重量也在149頓左右，器身長數(shù)十米，高度可達兩層樓，再考慮到復雜的交通情況，整個運輸過程也是一項巨大挑戰(zhàn)。

公司聯(lián)合專業(yè)大型物流團隊，制定了周密的運輸方案，采用專業(yè)液壓平板貨車進行運輸，并且安裝高精度碰撞記錄儀，確保設備在長途運輸過程中保持穩(wěn)定，安全抵達目的地。

Today, the 260000/220kV transformer for the China Power Construction Guizhou Shuicheng Dalaodi Project has successfully completed critical testing and been officially dispatched. After several months of meticulous production, the transformer has passed rigorous temperature rise tests, impulse tests, withstand voltage tests, and multiple performance verifications, fully meeting the factory release conditions. It has now been nitrogen-filled and securely loaded for transportation to the project site.

The unit measures several dozen meters in length and stands as tall as a two-story building. Factoring in complex traffic conditions, the entire transportation process requires meticulous planning. Our company has partnered with a professional large-scale logistics team to develop a comprehensive transport plan, utilizing specialized hydraulic flatbed trailers and equipping the shipment with high-precision impact recorders to ensure stability and safety throughout the long-haul journey.
