• 75000/220?kV 項目：第2臺高壓引線已裝配完畢，當前正進行低壓引線裝配，預計順利進入下一步驟。

• 同系列第1臺油箱已安全抵廠，正快速推進總裝與試驗進程。

• 70000/220?kV 項目：鐵心復位插片工序完成，即將進入整裝階段。

• 越西31500/110?kV 項目：鐵心疊片已全部就緒，下一步將開展繞組引線及烘干作業。

• 18900/110?kV 項目：鐵心剪片進行中，高壓及調壓繞組線圈已進入繞制階段，立式繞線模具也已完成清潔與調正就緒。

Last week, Sichuan experienced a prolonged heatwave with daytime temperatures in Chengdu soaring past 39?°C, and workshop temperatures exceeding 40?°C. In the face of this oppressive heat, our production teams stayed the course to ensure project schedules were met. Multiple large transformer projects remain progressing smoothly and systematically:

• 75,000/220?kV Project: The high-voltage lead assembly for the second unit is complete; low-voltage lead assembly is now underway, with the next steps on track.

• First 75,000/220?kV Oil Tank: Has safely arrived at the factory and is quickly advancing toward final assembly and testing.

• 70,000/220?kV Project: Core lamination re-insertion is complete; the unit is now entering the full assembly phase.

• Yuexi 31,500/110?kV Project: Core laminations are fully prepped, with winding and drying processes scheduled next.

• 18,900/110?kV Project: Core cutting is in progress; high-voltage and tap-changer winding coils are in production, and the vertical winding mandrel has been cleaned and realigned.

Despite the severe heat, our production lines maintain exceptional efficiency and order.
